Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons (such as used baby products, personal care items, or opened consumables).
